Here's a simple recipe for a refreshing Avocado Smoothie:

Ingredients:

- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted

- 1 cup milk (dairy or a dairy-free alternative like almond, soy, or coconut milk)

- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional, for creaminess)

- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

- Ice cubes (optional, for extra thickness)


Instructions:

1. Cut the ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.

2. Add the milk, Greek yogurt (if using), honey or maple syrup, and ice cubes (if desired) to the blender.

3. For a hint of citrus flavor, you can also add a squeeze of fresh lime or lemon juice at this point.

4. Blend all the ingredients on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a little more milk to reach your desired consistency.

5. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if needed. Blend again to combine.

6. Once the avocado smoothie is smooth and well-mixed, pour it into glasses.

7. Serve immediately and enjoy your simple and refreshing avocado smoothie!
