  1. Sauteed mushrooms

  2. Blanched spinach

  3. Chicken sausage

  4. Pita Bread

  5. Bread Toast

  6. Any Veggie (Tomatoes, Parsley)

Ingredients

  • 2-4 eggs

  • 250 gram mushrooms

  • 250 gram Spinach

  • 2-4 Chicken sausages

  • 2 Slice Pita bread

  • 2 slice Bread toast

  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil (frying/ seasoning)

  • Water (Poaching/Blanching/Satuee)

  • 2 tbsp Butter

  • 3 Garlic cloves chopped

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper

  • Red Chili Flakes

Method

Here I share with you a simple Sunday breakfast brunch recipe. It looked spectacular on my platter having all the items. Listing the same for you all.

1. Blanched Spinach

For that take a saucepan add water, heat it on a medium flame as you see the bubbles coming up add the spinach and stir it for 30-45 sec. Then place the spinach in chilled water so that it retains its color and pat dry and serve in the platter.

2. Sauteed Mushroom

Take a saucepan and place it on medium flame, add butter and heat it then add chopped Garlic cloves, stir until golden brown, then add mushrooms and stir until it is finely tender add the seasonings and serve in the platter.

3. Chicken Sausage

Take the same saucepan and place it in a medium flame, add oil and heat it, then add sausage and shallow fry it. Then serve into the platter.

4. Poached Eggs

This is going to be a bit tricky and one will learn based on his/her practice but still every time it's a new experience.

I. Take a Skillet and place it in a medium flame, add 3/4th of water and heat until you see the bubbles coming up (but not boiling).

II. Now crack the egg one by one, using a strainer, remove the extra white from the egg and gently place it in separate bowls and slowly and steadily drop into the water (make sure the egg white and yolk doesn't mix up), and leave it in a medium flame for a minute.

III. And remove the skillet from the stove and close the lid for 4 minutes in the hot water.

IV. Then take out the poached eggs using a strainer and serve in the platter.

5. Likewise place the Toasted bread, Pita bread and Veggies on the platter and seasoned wherever required.

Enjoy this delicious and healthy breakfast brunch on your lazybones days(Sunday’s).
