Grated Coconut – 1 cup Coriander leaves, Chopped – 1 cup Green Chilies – 1 or 2, chopped Garlic – 3 pods Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp Salt – 3/4 tsp Granulated Sugar – 1 tsp (optional) Lemon Juice – 2 to 3 tsp Water – As required
