Corn Flour Pudding w/ Mango Toppings

Corn Flour Pudding is a continental dessert. It is one of the desserts with which you can make your meal special.

Ingredients


  • ½ liter Milk

  • 4 tbsp Corn flour

  • ⅓ cup water

  • ¾ cup sugar

  • Mango Jam



Method

  1. Firstly to make a cornflour syrup add Corn Flour and water in a cup and mix well.

  2. Then, take a non-stick pan, add milk, sugar and cornflour syrup.

  3. Turn on the stove and keep the pan in a medium flame stir the mixture until it thickens. (8-10 minutes)

  4. Turn off the stove and remove the puddings in 4 serving bowls.

Relish the tasty dessert with mango jam toppings.
