Green grapes are available throughout the year in India. They are rich in antioxidants.
It is refreshing and a healthy drink.
Green grape juice is a sweet, tangy and refreshing summer drink. Grape Juice is a good source of fiber and potassium, and has a range of vitamins and other minerals thus many health benefits.
Ingredients
250 gm Green grapes
50 ml water
2 tsp Sugar
1 pinch Salt (Kala Namak)
1 tsp lemon juice
Ice cubes (optional)
Method
Rinse the green grapes in water until the minute dust particle separates, then strain and remove the clean grapes.
Take a jar and add grapes, sugar, salt and lime juice. Blend well in the mixer till it turns smooth liquid.
Now take a glass and strain the juice with a sieve.
Now add the textured starch in the jar, add some water and blend well and strain the juice with a sieve.
Add ice cubes and serve.
