Hibiscus are known by different names depending on the region they belong to. In India it is known as Gudhal (Hindi) and in china as (Chinese rose).

It is a perennial and tropical flowering plant. Organic and homegrown hibiscus has lots of health benefits. It is available in many different Colours.


Facts:

  • Trumpet-shaped flower without scent.

  • Hibiscus buds and flowers are edible, with a lemony taste, and are rich in vitamin C.

  • The red flowers of this variety are most commonly cultivated for medical purposes, and are available as dietary supplements.


Health Benefits:

Hibiscus is a source of minerals, including calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, sodium and zinc.

It also contains Vitamin B like Niacin and folic acid and Vitamin C

It has a specific type of antioxidants called Anthocyanin found in berries.

Hibiscus remains a popular herbal remedy in countries throughout the world. Some of them are:
