CAPSICUM/BELL PEPPERS

Capsicum is a large and mildly flavored vegetable. Mostly used as herb. Can be eaten raw or cooked.
Capsicum is known as bell peppers in some parts of the
world. Bell peppers are also referred to as sweet peppers.
It is a fruit of a plant and is available in different colors. You might be thinking how it appears in different colors.
To your surprise the different colors are simply caused by the fruit ripening. All bell peppers start out green and change color as they mature in the following order:
Green
Yellow
Orange
Red

Prevents Anemia as Capsicum is rich in Vitamin C and in Iron the combination of two vitamins and minerals allow iron to absorb more effectively.
