Lamb Kebab

Kebabs are the healthiest option among the preparation of meat dishes. Fresh Home cooked lamb kebabs are extremely flavourful and easy to make. Minced meat is an excellent source of high-quality protein and iron that promotes muscle strength.


Come let make our juicy lamb kebabs at home!!




Ingredients:

500g minced meat

Juice of a half lemon

Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp

Chopped coriander and mint leaves

Crushed peppercorns

Finely chopped green chilies and onion

Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp

Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp

Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp

Herbs- 1/4 tsp

Salt to taste


Method

Step 1: Soak 10 skewers in water for half an hour

Step 2: In a large bowl, mix minced meat with lemon juice

Step 3: Add chopped onion, green chilies, coriander and mint leaves

Step 4: Add ginger garlic paste, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, crushed peppercorns, and herbs of your choice ( optional).

Step 5: Finally add salt and mix all the ingredients well.

Step 6: Form medium-size meatballs out of the mixture.

Step 7: Now take a meatball and form a sausage around the skewer by pressing with hands.

Step 8: Shape them of even thickness and repeat the same process for the remaining meatballs.

Step 9: Refrigerate for 20 mins and then grill the kebabs for 15 mins brushing oil both the sides of the kebab.


Our flavourful meat kebabs are ready to be served!! Serve hot with mayonnaise and salad.
