Lentil Soup

Ingredients:

- Red lentils

- Onions

- Carrots

- Garlic

- Vegetable broth

- Cumin, coriander, turmeric

- Lemon wedges

Method:

1. Sauté onions and garlic.

2. Add lentils, carrots, spices, and vegetable broth.

3. Simmer until lentils are tender.

4. Serve with a squeeze of lemon.
