- 1 1/2 cups frozen mango chunks (or fresh mango if available)

- 1/2 cup plain yogurt

- 1/2 cup milk (you can use dairy milk or a dairy-free alternative like almond or coconut milk)

- 2 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)

- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Ice cubes (optional, for extra thickness)

- Fresh mint leaves or a slice of fresh mango for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Add the frozen mango chunks (or fresh mango if using) to a blender.

2. Add the plain yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla extract to the blender.

3. If you prefer a thicker smoothie or want it to be colder, you can also add a handful of ice cubes at this point.
