MANGO MOUSSE

Mango carvings are real during mango season. Therefore to make it special for last minute dessert in restaurant style one can make this special dessert (i.e.,) mango mousse. With no cooking, no eggs and no sugar required.

Mango mousse is a flavorful thick creamy dessert made of mango puree and full cream. To add the sweetener to it I'm going with jaggery and condensed milk thereby making it sugar free and it's completely optional you can replace the both with sugar.

SERVING: 4-6


Ingredients

  • 3 pc ripe mangoes

  • 1 cup full fat cream

  • 1/2 cup condensed milk

  • Jaggery to taste


Method:

  1. Before cutting the mangoes it is important to soak them in water for 20 minutes.

  2. Cut them into cubes and add them in a jar, add sugar/jaggery and blend well until the chunks are gone.

  3. Now take a bowl, add the full fat cream and condensed milk, beat them with a hand blender until it rises and becomes fluffy for at least 15-20minutes.

  4. Now add the ¼ of mango puree into the bowl and beat it with hand mixture for 2-3 minutes.

  5. Now take a serving glass, firstly add the mango puree then full cream and repeat the same in batches.

  6. Garnish with mango chunks and serve chill.

Make a good impression on your guests with this mango mousse dessert.
