MASALA JUMBO PRAWNS

Jumbo prawns are also known as large shrimps. Prawns are seafood found in freshwaters, known for its nutritional value.
Prawns are a good source of protein, providing some of the most important vitamins and minerals, a rich source of iron that helps in boosting the production of red blood cells that make up a healthy diet.
This masala recipe is quite simple and doable making the prawns appetizing. And this is one of my favorite recipes from my mothers cookbook.

Ingredients
6-9 Jumbo Prawns
1 Onion chopped
1 Tomato chopped
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
½ tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Red chili powder
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
4-5 Green Chilies
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 tsp salt
Water if required.
Method
Take a pan, add oil and place it in a medium flame as you see the oil heating up add onion and stir until tender.
Add ginger garlic paste and stir fry then add Jumbo prawns and saute it. Then add tomatoes and stir well. Later add the red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, green chilies and salt.
Stir fry until the jumbo prawns turn into C shape. Add water whenever required.
Garnish with parsley and Serve hot with Rice/Chapati.
