EGG OMELETTE

Omelette is a French word that came into use during the 16th century. Earliest omelets are believed to have originated in Persia from then onwards till now it is still a favorable breakfast.
Rich source of protein, vitamins and minerals.
An omelet is prepared by beating the eggs with seasoning herbs, pepper and salt, and cooking it in butter/vegetable oil.
Eggs are my favorite breakfast recipe. It goes along with bread and a cup of milk/ fresh juice.
When you have eggs at home, there is no chance to get late. Just kickstart your day with this simple recipe.
Ingredients
2 large eggs
½ tsp Freshly ground black pepper
½ tsp red chili flakes
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp freshly chopped Parsley/Chives
Salt to taste
Method
Take a medium sized bowl, add eggs and beat it with a fork until the egg white disappears completely.
Take a skillet pan, place it in a medium flame, add butter and spread well.
As soon as the butter pops out, add the beaten eggs and season with salt, black pepper, red chili flakes and some parsley/chives.
Flip the omelet using a spatula and let it cook for a minute.
Serve it with a slice of toasted bread and fresh juice/milk.
