Recipe Nenthram Banana 2 Large Nos Oil to Fry For the Batter Maida - 1 cup Sugar - 3 Tbsp Pinch of Salt and Turmeric Powder Water enough to form a batter Pinch of Baking Soda (optional)
Method
Make a batter using the ingredients listed above and make into a bajji batter consistency.
Slice the banana into long pieces and dip the banana slices in the batter, coat them well and deep fry in oil till crispy and serve hot.
