Tahini or Tahina is a middle eastern condiment made from toasted ground sesame. It is served as a dip or as a major ingredient in some of the middle easteran cuisine.
Tahini is a tasty way to add powerful antioxidants and healthy fats to your diet, as well as several vitamins and minerals. The nutty flavor is strong and earthy, and it can be a little bitter.
