Vibrant Vegetable Upma: A Nutritious South Indian Delight

Ingredients: Semolina (rava), mixed vegetables, mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, ginger, green chilies, curry leaves, salt.


Method: Roast semolina until golden. In another pan, temper mustard seeds, dals, ginger, chilies, and curry leaves. Add vegetables, water, salt, and bring to boil. Add semolina and cook till done.
